曲阜冶通鑄材科技發(fā)展有限公司坐落于儒家文化發(fā)源地，孔子故里---山東省曲阜市，是研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)型砂及熔煉鑄造輔助材料的專業(yè)化廠家。公司主要生產(chǎn)鑄造型砂綜合添加劑（混配土）、型砂添加劑、高效煤粉、增碳劑、膨潤土、鑄造淀粉等三十余種鑄造材料。
冶通鑄材設(shè)有鑄造材料（型砂· 熔煉）測試中心、新型材料研發(fā)中心及鑄造型砂性能實(shí)驗室，是行業(yè)內(nèi)少有的具備全面原輔材料、型砂檢測能力的單位。山東省鑄造協(xié)會理事單位、中國鑄造協(xié)會青年企業(yè)家分會理事單位、齊魯理工學(xué)院實(shí)踐教學(xué)就業(yè)基地、濟(jì)寧市專精特新中小企業(yè)，濟(jì)寧市三星級現(xiàn)場管理企業(yè)等榮譽(yù)稱號。多篇論文被中國鑄造協(xié)會收錄并獲得優(yōu)秀論文。于2018年通過了山東省發(fā)改委年產(chǎn)12萬噸鑄造材料的項目立項。

Covers an area of more than 33,000 square meters, construction area of more than 27,000 square meters, nine production workshops, with three automatic powder production lines, automatic mixing production lines, casting starch production lines, casting agent production lines.The company has established casting material (molding and smelting) testing center, yetong new material research and development center and yetong casting sand performance laboratory, molding sand testing equipment is complete, the process system is advanced, has become a few in the industry with comprehensive raw and auxiliary materials, molding sand testing ability.Qufu yetong casting material is a key construction enterprise registered by the municipal development and reform bureau, a member of China casting association and shandong casting association, and the enterprise has passed iso9001:2008 international quality management system certification in the early stage, and is a practical teaching and employment base of qilu institute of technology.In 2018, it passed the project approval of the shandong provincial development and reform commission with an annual output of 120,000 tons of auxiliary materials for casting, and the construction of a new comprehensive additive production project of 6,000 square meters (mixed soil) was started in 19 years, which marks a new starting point for qu fuyetong.The company has maintained cooperative relationship with many scientific research institutions for a long time, and now produces more than 30 kinds of products, such as casting sand comprehensive additive (mixed soil), molding sand additive, high-efficiency pulverized coal, carburizing agent, bentonite, alpha starch and other casting materials.Among them, one invention patent product and two utility model patents have been accepted by the state intellectual property office.
